On October 22, 2019, China Finance 40 Forum (CF40) held a closed-door seminar on the Evolution of Digital Currency from a Theoretical Perspective.
Lu Lei, CF40 Member and Deputy Administrator of State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Mu Changchun, CF40 Guest Member and Director of the Digital Currency Research Institute of the People’s Bank of China, and Zhong Wei, CF40 Member and Director of the Financial Research Center of the Beijing Normal University, first delivered speeches, following which, participants including Li Wei, CF40 Member and Director-General of the Technology Department of the People’s Bank of China, Wu Ge, CF40 Member, Chief Economist and Assistant President of Changjiang Securities, and Li Bin, CF40 Guest Member and Deputy Director-General of Secretariat of the Financial Stability and Development Commission of the State Council, had discussions over the topic.
