China and the Global Economy: Dialogue on China's 13th Five-Year Plan

On December 1, 2015, the China Finance 40 Forum (CF40) and the Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE) hosted a dialogue to discuss China's 13th Five-Year Plan and the global economy, in Washington DC. Chinese Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao delivered a speech at the event, sharing his interpretation of China's 13th five-year plan which had just been unveiled, and answered questions from the audience on issues including the impact of RMB joining the SDR basket, and RMB internationalization.
