On May 31, 2022, CF40 and PIIE held the 7th Young Economists Forum focusing on global stagflation risk.
The event kicked off with a keynote speech by David Wilcox, PIIE senior fellow, who shared his understanding of “stagflation” and the situation in the United States, which was followed by Wang Tao, CF40 Guest Researcher and Chief China Economist and Head of Asia Economics at UBS Investment Bank, who examined stagflation risks in a wider context, including those facing the emerging markets, Japan, and other Asian economies.
Nicolas Ve?ron, PIIE Senior Fellow, moderated the event.
