On December 8, 2019, China Finance 40 Forum (CF40) held a closed-door seminar on Comparative Study on the German Financial System.
The seminar started with a keynote speech by CF40 Member Zhang Xiaopu on the topic, followed by comments from Fang Xinghai, CF40 Advisor and Vice Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Xuan Changneng, CF40 Member and Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Wang Yi, CF40 Member and Director-General of the Department of Finance of the Ministry of Finance, and Xiao Yuanqi, CF40 Member and Chief Risk Officer of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
Participants also included Zhang Bin, CF40 Senior Fellow, Zhang Chenghui, CF40 Member and Former Director-General of Research Institute of Finance at the Development Research Center of the State Council, and Wu Ge, CF40 Member and Chief Economist and Assistant President, Changjiang Securities among others.
CF40 Secretary-General Wang Haiming moderated the event.
