On October 13, 2019, China Finance 40 Forum (CF40) held a closed-door seminar on Macro Prudential Management of Cross-Border Capital Flow.
The seminar started with a keynote speech by Shang Xinxin, research fellow at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and member of the research project “From the Macro Prudential Management of Cross-Border Capital Flow to the Application of FinTech: Practice, Challenge and Innovation”. Following the speech, Xie Ping, Vice-chairmen of CF40 Executive Council, and Wang Xin, CF40 Member and Director-General of the Research Bureau at the People’s Bank of China gave their comments.
Participants also included Xiao Gang, CF40 Non-Resident Senior Fellow, Lu Lei, CF40 Member and Deputy Administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and Zhang Bin, CF40 Senior Fellow among others.
CF40 Secretary-General Wang Haiming moderated the seminar.
