On Sept 8, 2019, China Finance 40 Forum (CF40) held a closed-door seminar titled Problems and Policy Suggestions regarding Transferring State-owned Capital to the Social Security Fund.
The seminar started with a speech by Zhu Dewu, a member of the research project on “Transferring State-owned Capital to the Social Security Fund,” followed by comments from Wang Yi, CF40 Member and Director-General of Department of Finance at the Ministry of Finance, Wang Xin, CF40 invited member and Director-General of Research Bureau of the People’s Bank of China, and Gao Shanwen, Member of CF40 Academic Committee and Chief Economist of Essence Securities.
Participants also included Chen Wenhui, CF40 Advisor and Vice Chairman of National Council for Social Security Fund, Liang Hong, Head of the Research Department of China International Capital Corporation, and Zhang Bin, CF40 Senior Fellow among others.
CF40 Secretary-General Wang Haiming moderated the discussion.
