On the evening of July 3, 2018, CF40 held a seminar on how to cope with the ongoing China-US trade conflict.
The seminar kicked off with a speech by Prof. Yu Yongding, CF40 Advisor and Academician at the China Academy of Social Sciences. It was followed by a thematic discussion among Mr. Fang Xinghai, CF40 Advisor and Vice Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Mr. Long Guoqiang, CF40 Academic Committee Member and Vice Minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council and Ms. Zhu Jun, CF40 Member and Director-General of PBOC International Department.
Also participating the seminar were Prof. Huang Yiping, Chairman of CF40 Academic Committee and Deputy Dean of National School of Development of Peking University, Dr. Gao Shanwen, CF40 Member and Chief Economist at Essence Securities, Ms. Li Wenhong, CF40 Member and Director-General of the Banking Innovation Supervision Department of the CBIRC among others.
The seminar was moderated by Mr. Wang Haiming, CF40 Secretary-General.
