On December 2, 2017, CF40 held a seminar on the development and transition of China’s asset management industry under centralized regulation.
The seminar kicked off with a thematic discussion. Joining the discussion were Mr. Li Min, General Manager of Asset Management Department of Huaxia Bank, Mr. Gao Chong, Vice General Manager of Asset Management Department of ICBC, Mr. Tong Wentao, Vice General Manager of Asset Management Department of China Construction Bank, Ms. Chen Fang, General Manager of Asset Management Department of China Guangfa Bank, Mr. Guo Xinzhong, Vice President of Asset Management Unit of Ping An Bank and Mr. Dong Fang, Vice General Manager of Asset Management Department of China Merchants Bank.
Ms. Li Wenhong, CF40 Member and Director-General of the Banking Innovation Supervision Department of the CBRC, and Mr. Ren Chunsheng, CF40 Guest Speaker and Director-General of the Insurance Fund Investment Supervision Department of CIRC commented the speeches. At the end of the seminar, Zhou Xuedong, CF40 Guest Speaker and Director-General of PBOC’s Financial Stability Bureau made a summary statement.
