On October 29, 2017, CF40 held a seminar on reform of the interest rate formation mechanism and monetary policy framework.
At the first half of the seminar, Guan Tao, CF40 Senior Fellow and Ma Jun, Director of Center for Finance and Development at Tsinghua University delivered keynote speeches on the thematic issues. Following their speeches were comments from Yi Gang, CF40 Advisor and Deputy Governor of PBOC, Zhang Xiaohui, CF40 Guest Speaker and Assistant Governor of PBOC, Gao Shanwen, Member of CF40 Academic Committee and Chief Economist at Essence Securities, and Liang Hong, Chief Economist at China International Capital Corporation Limited.
The seminar was moderated by Mr. Wang Haiming, CF40 Secretary-General.
