On September 15, 2017, CF40 held a seminar on the topic of Theory and Practice of Government Debt: from the Perspective of Capital Structure.
The seminar kicked off with speeches from Chen Yuan, Chairman of CF40 Executive Council and Vice Chairman of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC and Huang Haizhou, Managing Director of China International Capital Corporation Limited. The speeches were followed by a thematic discussion joined by Yu Yongding, CF40 Advisor and Academician at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Gao Shanwen, CF40 Member and Chief Economist at Essence Securities.
The seminar was moderated by Wang Haiming, CF40 Secretary-General.
