On July 2, 2017, CF40 held a seminar on the topic of New Trend of Asset Management amid Centralized Regulation.
At the first half of the seminar, Xie Ping, CF40 Senior Fellow, delivered a keynote speech titled Reform of China’s Asset Management Institutions. The speech was followed by comment from Yang Kaisheng, CF40 Advisor and former President of ICBC. At the second half of the seminar, Lu Lei, CF40 Member and Director-General of PBOC’s Financial Stability Bureau delivered a keynote speech titled Establish Rules and Regulations for Asset Management Products, which was followed by comment from Li Keping, CF40 Guest Speaker and former President of China Investment Corporation.
Also attending the seminar were Guo Kai, Deputy Director-General of PBOC’s International Department, Wang Xin, Director-General of PBOC’s Currency, Gold and Silver Bureau, and Zheng Jingping, Commissioner of National Bureau of Statistics among others.
The seminar was moderated by Wang Haiming, CF40 Secretary-General.
