Seminar on Internet Finance in China

A closed-door seminar was held on August 2nd 2015 by China Finance 40 forum and Shanghai Finance Institute to discuss the top-level management and development of Internet finance.
At the seminar, Zhang Tao, Director-general of Legal Affairs Department at the People's Bank of China, presented his analysis of the new guidelines on the industry's development; Tang Ning, the founder and CEO of Creditease talked about the impact of the guidelines on the sector; Chen Long, COS of Ant Group, shared his opinions on the development and regulation of Internet finance. The attendees then discussed how Internet finance companies should adapt themselves to the new regulatory environment.
Wang Haiming, CF40 Secretary-General, moderated the event.
